We hired Fresh Batch for our wedding and had a wonderful experience with them. The owner Michael was so easy to work with. Whether through text or email, he always responded quickly whenever we reached out to him. For our wedding we decided to have his and her cocktails, so Michael asked us what we liked, and then came up with 3 drinks for each of us to choose from. He even dropped off samples to us at our house. It was so great being taken care of by Fresh Batch, and I loved not having to worry about buying drinks or cups to bring to the venue ourselves. For water bottles, my husband and I decided to put labels on them with our names. When Michael created menus for the bar, he printed ones that matched our water bottle labels, which was very thoughtful and looked so pretty! I wish I had asked to save the menus to put in my scrapbook lol. Also, when buying drinks, Michael is very transparent and even sends a receipt showing exactly what it is he bought and the cost. We would definitely work with Fresh Batch again in the future, and highly recommend them to others looking for a professional, dependable bartender for their event.
Michael and the Fresh Batch crew know what they're doing. We hired Fresh Batch for a real estate client appreciation event which featured an amazing lilikoi lemonade cocktail, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks. The guests were raving about how good the cocktail was all evening! To top it off, the presentation of the drinks were beautiful and the bar set up was much classier than your average black linen on a table. 5 stars all day! I will be referring them to all my friends and industry planners to hire them for their upcoming weddings and events. It's about time Oahu had a skilled mixologist doing events and I'm confident this company is going to grow quickly. Thank you for doing such an outstanding job!

BEST MOBILE BAR and BARTENDERS EVER! Fresh Batch exceeded all of my expectations. When I first reached out to Michael with questions about having a mobile bar for a party in my backyard, he was super responsive and answered all of my questions promptly. He was transparent about the budget and saved me money by allowing me to purchase the alcohol myself. He also gave me pointers about how much to buy and what kind to buy. The craft cocktails he created were outstanding and super popular with my guests. I loved the personalized menu he created, and that he allowed me to name the craft cocktails. So fun! He and Lincoln served as bartenders and everyone enjoyed the set-up and their warm personalities, not to mention the ono libations. Michael brought everything: bar, tables, ice, cocktails, cups, garnishes, trash, everything. My only regrets were that I didn't take enough pictures of his awesome set-up and that I had to play hostess, otherwise I would have been standing around his bar the whole evening! There's no need to look further for a mobile bar. Fresh Batch is it! I can't wait to have another event so I can hire Michael again!
